At Bmart, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

 

Processing Time

​

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver island-wide through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 business days

  • Other Districts: 1–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 450 (Island-wide)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional fee of Rs. 30.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Return & Warranty Policy

At Bmart, we value our customers and want you to have confidence when shopping with us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

​

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Certain items such as clearance products, consumables, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

2. Warranty & Service Claims

​

  • All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

  • During a warranty or service claim, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product to us and also for the shipping fee to send the repaired/replaced item back.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

 

3. Refunds

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred) within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

4. Process for Return/Exchange

  2. Provide order details and the reason for return/exchange.

  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your request.
