We deliver island-wide through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 450 (Island-wide)

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional fee of Rs. 30.

Return & Warranty Policy
At Bmart, we value our customers and want you to have confidence when shopping with us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Certain items such as clearance products, consumables, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Warranty & Service Claims

All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

During a warranty or service claim, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product to us and also for the shipping fee to send the repaired/replaced item back.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred) within 7–14 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
